Terms & Conditions

You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Organisation and trainer accounts must be created by someone authorised to act for that organisation or practice.

You must only log activities you genuinely completed and upload genuine evidence. Records may be reviewed and verified by organisations or professional bodies. Submitting false records may lead to suspension.

Organisation and trainer accounts get one 7-day free trial per email address. After the trial, an annual subscription is required: UGX 15,000,000 per year for organisations and UGX 500,000 per year for trainers.

Subscriptions are activated after payment of an issued quotation and run for one year. Access to paid features stops when a trial or subscription ends. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Trainers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, courses, venues and bids. Listings may be reviewed before going live and may be removed if they break these terms. Agreements between organisations and trainers are between those parties.

You must not misuse the platform, including attempting to access other accounts, bypass permissions, upload harmful content, or disrupt the service.

The platform and its branding belong to Capacity Lane. You keep ownership of content you upload and give us permission to store and display it to provide the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Capacity Lane is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on records submitted by users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
