Privacy Policy

Account details: name, email address, password (stored only in encrypted form), account type, profession, organisation or institution details.

Google sign-in: if you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.

CPD and platform activity: logged activities, courses, certificates, goals, notes, bookings, tenders, bids and subscription records.

Technical data: basic device, browser and usage information needed to keep the service secure and working.

To create and secure your account, keep your CPD record, connect professionals with organisations and trainers, process subscriptions and quotations, send service notices (such as trial reminders), and improve and protect the platform.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only: with organisations or professional bodies you are linked to, for verification of your CPD record; with service providers that host and run the platform for us; and where required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting and verification obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Data is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are never stored in plain text, and access to records is restricted by role.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@capacitylane.com.
